Getting into a relaxed state of hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind, the driver of your feelings and actions. This makes hypnotherapy a much faster process than traditional counseling. Instead of going through the details of your life story, we will work with feelings, images, memories, personality parts, past and future selves, visualizations, dreams, and anything else that comes up.

Discovering the cause of inner conflict will allow you to transform struggle into strength.

We can do this work in a light state of “mindful hypnosis.” You will be in control of the entire session and will remember everything that was discussed.
